Openings, re-openings, and a few places that were mine.
Hotels, resorts, cafés and QSR outlets across north India, Kerala and Zanzibar. Property, year, and what the work actually covered.

Project
Treetop by Eight Continents, Zanzibar
One of six openings delivered under corporate F&B leadership. Concept, outlet mix, kitchen planning, procurement of everything from buffet ware to barware, menus written to what the island could actually supply, and the team trained on site before the first guest arrived.

What the operators say
-
He cut the menu before we bought a single piece of equipment. That order of work saved us twice.
General Manager
Arif Castle, Nainital
-
The menu came back shorter and the margin came back wider. Both at the same time.
Co-owner
Chhat Cafe, Agra
-
Our team had already run a full service before the first guest arrived. That is the whole difference.
Resort Manager
Treetop by Eight Continents, Zanzibar
-
We opened the next outlet on the same playbook as the first. Same recipes, same yields, same numbers.
Managing Partner
The Mad Kitchen, Jhansi

Building something? Start with a diagnosis.
Two days on site, a written assessment, and a clear view of what the project actually needs before anyone spends money on equipment.
